I have great news – PrivateCP was released to the public today! Even better news – it has a fully functional IRC server, new commands, and much more!
For those of you who may wonder – the client HAS been scanned for viruses and does NOT contain any. Also – it has been confirmed that PrivateCP does indeed encrypt their passwords!
PrivateCP offers the “!UP” command to all users, therefor anyone can be any Club Penguin mascot such as Rockhopper, Cadence, Gary ect.!
There is also a “!JR” command offered to ALL users so you can quickly transport to any room of your choosing based on room IDs.

I doubt that passwords are encrypted, my penguin’s name was Mcmuffin, I put my password, wrote it on paper, and when I log on, it says incorrect password
I think the staff takes accounts that are good >:(
Encrypted passwords means that nobody can see what your password is – it doesn’t have anything to do with you not being able to login.

iCP wasn’t a virus. Scan it for yourself. It’s really fun!
