Check iCPSA, the new private server working since January 2011. !UP command for all! New commands! Wear ALL PATCHED items and so more! Check it on iCPSA.y0.pl
iCPSA is self-hosted and is based off of a shit source (OpenCP), and they haven’t even fixed one of the exploits on there.
Make a “moderator trainer” for iCPSA and you’ll actually be able to kick people. It’s fun.
I hoped that people wouldn’t stoop so low as to charge money for moderator powers.
We all know it’s not a donation.
If you have the skills to make this sort of stuff, make your own game.

You’ve been involved in far too many CPPS projects. I’d advise you to discontinue work on these immediately, before Disney lawyers do bad stuff.
I would note that even if CPPS prjects are legal as not-for-profit(depends on outcome of a large court case, and if you have lawyers to argue your side, so I guess wouldn’twork, as NFP = no lawyers), they would very definitely be illegal if you accepted payments(even veiled…), or made a profit.
I’m not intending to make profits via donation.
Also, it’s going to be shut down in a months or two whether or not we’re contacted by Disney.

In addition to that, Roman, I have a message for you:
You have assisted many CPPSs with gaining popularity… You’ve been doign this since iCPv2. You could also have issues, and I would recommend you make the content user0submitted, and votable, and have a disclaimer on how you do not moderate the content, etc., that’s the only “safe” way I could see you running this…
If you could, post a post stating that I highly recommend that people give up with any non-private Club Penguin Private Servers, and instead create their own games, incorporating the same good elements that made CPPSs so enjoyable. (Also, avoid use of penguins in the games!!!)

Ross, I can see where your coming from on that subject. Most CPPSs will spam users saying “Click the ads for a custom item!” or “Donate and get colored names!”. Honestly it seems pretty ridiculous. After all I think that maybe the “Creators” of CPPSs should just put a stop to them all, Forever. Not to be mean, But it’s out of control now. iCPv3 made great progress so did iCPv2, But people getting so desperate to make one just because you and iRath did doesn’t mean Disney won’t attack anyone. I think that they very well may be planning to sue someone as a warning to other servers since they are updating Variables, Loaders, etc.. I would hope this stopped soon so that no one is seriously affected by Disney. I will admit I did have a web-server online at onetime but I shut it down since I realised it’s not fair to steal someone’s work thus leading me forcing me to fire all of my staff and killing my server.

Ross, People are also stealing the iCPv3 source code (I’m not sure if anyone has gotten it online though.)

Yes, I quit… Occasionally, return, and attempt to dissuade people from makign the mistakes I made. Never works!
I guess if you have a hobby for Club Penguin Private Servers, there isn’t a problem, as long as you have the money to fund them.
I don’t think Disney really care about suing some youths for making a Club Penguin Private Server, they just send C&D’s to panic the Owner, and halt them from ever making one again.
I cannot download Penguin Elite.
