ChunkHost – Free VPS!

So I found this awesome company called ChunkHost, they are offering a free Xen 512MB VPS for free!

If you do not know what a VPS is, a VPS is what powers a Club Penguin private server, it is needed in order to start a private server.

Yep, this can help get your private server started. 512MB is enough to handle around 30-50 users online at once! (and no, this isn’t another April Fools joke, I promise)

It’s not easy to get a VPS configured and to get a private server running on it, you’ll need to be experienced with coding.

Head over to http://chunkhost.com and then click the “Sign Up Instantly!” button to get started. Go ahead and put in your username and password for ChunkHost.

Then, name your VPS, select your OS image, (Ubuntu 10.04 is fine) then press Next!

Now next, in order for them to create your account you’re going to need to put in a credit card on file for verification, they won’t charge you a thing or steal your credit card information, they are a legit company.

I know this will probably be the deal-breaker for most people, however you will not be able to get a free VPS anywhere, without them having to have a credit card on-file. And to some of you, I’m sure you think that they might steal your credit card information or something, they aren’t going to, they are a legit company.

After you have the information in, they will then activate your account, then you have access to the ChunkHost Control Panel where you can then begin using your VPS!

They are only offering the free VPS for only a few more weeks, so I would get in your free VPS soon!
