We’ve got breaking news for you guys – Disney is firing back against us. The last time they did was back in 2010 – when iCPv3 was closed by a C&D. Now, they’re back, and they mean it.
So, what does this mean?
Major Club Penguin private servers (for instance, CPPS.me, CP+, etc.) will try to be shut down by Disney. RealCP, a HUGE private server is already getting ready to be shut down.
How is Disney going to do this?
Myles, the creator of the extremely popular RealCP will be EXTRADITED from the U.K. to the U.S of A to face a trial. Myles has had his internet shut down, and has not been seen for days. And you want proof? We’ve got it.
Oh, and that’s not all. CheekyJay, the founder of AtlanticPenguin has gotten legal letters from Disney, and the last letter was sent to his father’s workplace. His internet will be shut down as well. Oh, and he hasn’t been seen for days on end. You need more proof?
What will happen next?
Very popular servers like CPPS.me will try to be shut down, since it has run for a very long time and has a huge stream of users. If this happens the way it is now, the CPPS community might come to a close.
What should I do?
Stay calm. Try to get through this. Don’t run around and scream. Try to distance yourself from the community for a while so Disney can’t find you, but this is unlikely to happen since they won’t really care about people who are just playing the server, but try this just to be safe. Just remember – stay calm.

UPDATE 2: CPPS.me, the most popular server at the moment is closing its doors on March 1st. d0pe, the owner of the server was reached for comment by Pepsi about this issue, but he said

I have a few reasons for you:
1. They want to see what happens,
2. Them kids know that no kid from CP is gonna come here. Only a fe w everyday join these servers.
3. They are trouble makers. I know that there gonna start doing horrible stuff in this year.
4. They are giving us a chance STILL.
5. Lane is trying to STOP them removing servers.
6. Custom servers are more likely to stay alive, because obviously they would shut down servers that have atleast 70.000 users registered (CPPS.me >.<)
and shut down servers that have so much copyrights from disney.

I think you’re the person who is panicing here. You’re just worried, nobody else here seems to be panicing but you. It seems that you’re making guesses that cheekyjay got sued, since he never actually said it. I’m not worried a tad about this, since I consider it to not be true (aka you making it up).
