When UltimatePenguin v1 released, it was the first CPPS which had games and stamps (excluding iCP). Ultimate Penguin is going to be back up with lots of new features that the other CPPS’ out there do not have. I have recently resumed working on UltimatePenguin v3. Here’s a small sneak peek, how the website is going to look like and some other things in game. If you have any ideas, just let me know in your comments.
We use CP’s latest files. EVERYTHING IS NEW AND UP TO DATE! All other CP private servers use CP’s old files from 2010. We use the newest ones.

When will it release?
If anyone here is good at Flash PCode we could use some help with a specific swf file. It would greatly speed up the release of UP.
Few CPPS’s have all multiplayer games. pCPPS.us has all of those covered photo’s.

So that tells us either it’s running on iCPro3, or someone actually learnt a small amount of PHP or JavaScript or something. Either way, it’s extremely unlikely that this will work.
Oh and I’m only commenting as I passed by (as you do) and saw this post.
This works just fine we just need to deobfuscate a file and then we are ready for closed beta.
And by the way, I wrote the server from scratch in java so please think before you comment on how bad we program, you have no clue what you’re talking about.
